As from the very first exchange taking place in many different ways (through exhibitions, other customers, design agencies, website, etc…) up to the delivery of the finished product, the Sales Engineer is head of the project and the privileged contact of the customer. Always listening to the customer’s needs, he also has to keep an objective eye on the evolution of the relationship.
Even though this can be difficult sometimes, he has to be able to orient the customer in certain situations in order to avoid delays in the schedule. What makes a Sales Engineer proud? For sure the customer’s satisfaction when the project comes to an end and the product is a success.
